A parade of colours, a harmony of flavours, and novelties. This is what the items on the latest menu of the Salon Restaurant will bring you. Chef András Wolf and his team have invented the most creative combinations of fresh, seasonal vegetables, salads, herbs, sprouts, red, forest and spring fruits. These dishes do look and taste like summer itself - nevertheless, if you consider yourself a meat lover, you will find something to your taste as well: you will still see foie gras, Mangalitsa shoulder, guinea hen leg, carp and trout on the menu. Side dishes, and even some of the main courses are prepared from young vegetables, fresh fruit and salads, with the promise of a carefree summer.
